Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

Please use the contact form below to submit your withdrawal request. Include the following information in the Message field:

• Order number (found in your order confirmation email)
• Full name
• Date of purchase
• Product(s) you wish to withdraw
• Reason for withdrawal (optional)

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt within 24 hours. You will need to return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for withdrawal.
