TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1- 2 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes).
The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
- Free Ground UPS Shipping (will arrive in 3-8 business days)
- Additional shipping options are available at checkout.
- International: All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. EB Jewelry LLC. is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
Free Ground Shipping is available only within the continental United States.
RETURNSIf for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return your item for full refund or exchange within 15 days after arrival. Refunds, Exchanges or store credits will not be issued to damaged, worn or altered items.
**Please note that custom pieces created Ebru Jewelry are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales of customized items are considered final.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
We make each items by hand and we conduct a thorough quality control for each item before shipping. We are happy to repair any damages due to our production. We will make repairs on any purchase at no cost to you within one year of purchase. Please note that due to the nature of the materials, some chains and pendants are fragile. By purchasing goods from EB Jewelry LLC. you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately. Any and all claims must be reported within 5 business days.
Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
EB Jewelry LLC. is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after delivery has been accepted.
